They set themselves the goal of producing a simple and effective Web Site that they could update themselves. As it would be their first Web Site they had little experience of what is involved in running a site, let alone creating one and so asked Chambers Technology Support to help them design and build the site. Through the course of several meetings the project team set down what the requirements of the site were to be and several designs were worked through until a final look was settled on. To enable 2KBW to manage the site themselves, CTS recommended Adobe Contribute be used. Contribute is a rich application that allows Web Site content to be added and amended in an easy to use and controlled way. Contribute was also chosen as it avoided the need for expensive and complicated content management systems and because it is produced by a major software supplier it has extensive backup and support available. Once the design and structure of the site was settled upon the build phase began and this was completed within two weeks. The site went live in June 2006 and 2KBW staff were given the short training course necessary to allow them to manage the day to day editing of the site themselves. Mark Roscoe, a barrister at 2KBW, said of the CTS involvement in the project:
