Subscription Support

Every organisation is different we aim to reflect this in the ranges of services offered, how they are priced and how they are paid for. The following explains how services are organised and priced.

Core Subscription Service

At the heart of what we do is the Desktop Support service which you must subscribe to as a condition of partnership. Depending on your current arrangements, the Server Support & Administration service may also be made a condition of partnership.

The cost of all subscription services are calculated monthly based on the number of people (full-time equivalent) in your organisation. As people join and leave our work load varies accordingly and so does your subscription.

Optional Subscription Services

You may already have a service provider to look after aspects of your technology or have no need or little need for our other support services. To reflect this difference between you and other organisations, there are a number of administrative and support services that you can optionally subscribe to.

If you subscribe, costs are calculated monthly based on the number of people in your organisation. If you opt to pay as you go, you still receive a competitive market rate but do not need to pay a subscription for a service that you may not need that often.

You are not required to subscribe to a service in order for us to help you. The option to pay as you go is available and may be more cost-effective for you. The choice of either subscribing or opting to pay as you go is something we will help you decide and if we feel it is more cost effective for you to move from one to the other we will tell you.

Pay as you go Services

The day to day technology needs are taken care of through the subscription based services however there may be times when you need to call upon other services such as consultancy, bespoke development or training.

As these requirements will be specific to the needs of each organisation, they are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis. The rates to partners for these services are well below market rates and we will ensure you receive a proper quote for longer jobs so you can compare with other suppliers.

We can even help you identify and select prospective suppliers through by buying a small amount of our Strategy, Planning & Management time.

Charging

We invoice on a monthly basis for services to be received in the coming month and for goods and services supplied in the previous month.

Each invoice is itemised to show services subscribed to, the service rates and the number of people calculated as being covered by your subscriptions.

Pay as you go services and items purchased through us will also be itemised on the invoice with details of who the items should be charged to.
